Beta Gamma Sigma is the honor society
serving business programs accredited by AACSB International
- The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business.
Membership in Beta Gamma Sigma is the highest recognition a
business student anywhere in the world can receive in a
business program accredited by AACSB International. To be
invited to join, an undergraduate student must be
scholastically ranked in the top 10% of the 4th-year
business student body or in the top 7% of the third-year
student body. Invitation to join is restricted to the top
20% of graduating Masters-level students and all graduating
doctoral students.
The Saint Mary’s University Chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma,
founded in 2005, is dedicated to the recognition of
excellence in business scholarship among its undergraduate
and graduate students. SMU BGS celebrates the outstanding
achievements of our talented and hard-working business
students and offers the international network of Beta Gamma
Sigma to provide inspiration and support as they take on
future challenges.
